When assignments are locked, edit the Table column here to move people manually. Captain changes and table moves update the Tables view immediately.

Rules & Settings

Seats per table Minimum singles per table If a table has any singles, it must have at least this many. Singles are clustered into dedicated tables so nobody sits alone. Number of real tables (0 = auto) Auto uses the smallest table count that fits everyone. Enter a larger number if you want more tables used. Minimum children together If a table has children, prefer at least this many together (0 disables). Minimum teens together If a table has teens, prefer at least this many together (0 disables). Spread seniors across tables (avoid clustering) One captain per table (warn if missing) Keep groups together (same Order #) Split groups larger than table size (with warning) Spread people evenly across tables

Menu / Food Signup Categories

Define what each table needs (e.g. 2 Main Courses, 3 Sides). Guests sign up for items using the per-table signup link on the Emails tab.

Food Signup Oversight

View food signup coverage by table so gaps can be fixed early.
